The past two weeks have not been any fun at all.  D8 On Feb 20th (my birthday, of course) my car died on the interstate.  I had to wait for a tow truck for a half an hour (as I was stuck on an exit, cars were whooshing by and anyone that wanted to get off had to go AROUND me), then the tow truck had to go help someone else WHILE he had my car.  We got to drop off my car and help that guy (and I got to help with the truck, that was like, the only awesome part XD), but since I agreed to come along he didn't charge me for the rest of the miles AAA didn't cover.  The next day the repair shop told me I need a new engine.  GREAT.  So yeah.  I was

Seriously, the flood of "Happy Valentines" journals gets seriously annoying after a while.  Especially after we sold about 350 pizzas today, most of them heart-shaped.  It was... fun?  Sure, fun. Weather here is really, really weird.  On Monday, we got piled on a foot of snow.  Tuesday it warmed up, melting quite a bit of said snow.  Wednesday it rained like no other, which I found immensely amusing, considering there was still like, six inches of now on the ground as the rain came down.  And that night it was freezing, so all the water turned to ice, creating layers of up to two inches in some places.  Today it was slightly warm, just enoug

Dear Lord, it's SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!  WHY THE HELL DO I WORK AT A PIZZA PLACE?!??! Anywaaays, I got my car fixed this week.  It had a coolant leak, transmission fluid leak, an oil leak, and two rear wheel speed censors busted (that caused both the Anti-lock brakes and Cruise Control to stop working).  I couldn't fix the speed censors (I'd have to buy two new wheel bearings, which there was nothing wrong with, because the sensors were built in, and those ran at $329, EACH!), but the rest of the stuff ran me $364.09, and my car is running really nice.  Now it should actually start quick in the morning, instead of chuga-lugga-luggin' five miles p
